This sacred and mysterious ceremony is an irrevocable rite to remove your submission to a baptism. If you have not been baptized, you can still request a Debaptism, as it will prevent any attempt at baptism without your consent.

After you have submitted this form, you will receive an email confirmation, and a personalized, complimentary and official Rite of Debaptism certificate, suitable for for framing.
